Welcome to Unit Three Lesson 2 Two: Using Reason for Balanced Worship
This lesson is how we use reason to help us keep our worship balanced. Many times people can get stuck in ruts when they worship and they start elevating their traditions to the point where it's the traditions that become the focus of worship instead of God. Other times people become so focused on Scripture that they begin to worship the Bible instead of God. Both of these attitudes can make worship unbearable, boring, or worse yet, leave the worshiper feeling drained instead of fed. In this lesson we'll learn about worship and how to use reason to keep it God centered. By the end of this lesson you will be able to:
- define worship
-describe what proper worship is
-use reason to keep worship God Centered
-plan a balanced worshiped service

Recap
This lesson focused on using reason in worship. We learned what worship is and that it is a difficult concept to define. We learned that different types of services call for different elements but somethings should always be present in worship. We learned that if we don't use reason worship can lose focus and meaning. Don't forget to write your blog and play the review games to help learn the vocabulary.
